Please read our FAQ before sending a request. We will contact you 2-4 days after receiving your request.
Once you’ve selected your artist preference, you can either fill out the tattoo consultation form, stop by the shop, or send a detailed email with a description of the design, reference photos, colors, and available dates (the more flexible you are, the quicker we can schedule you in). Complete information will enable us to process your request efficiently. We schedule appointments a maximum of three months in advance. Please give us 1-3 days to reply your email, do not send us multiple requests.
Note: Our artists are located across multiple studios, some do not travel between the studios.
You must be at least 18 years of age. It is against California law to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent. In accordance with this law we have a strict NO MINORS POLICY. Not only must you be 18, you must provide a valid state or federal photo ID. Military ID cannot be accepted due to photocopying restrictions. No exceptions.
It depends on the artist, our minimum charge is $80 per person. Final price is dependent on size, detail of the design, colors and selected artist.
The best way to get an accurate price range is by booking a (free!) consultation with the artist through a brief detailed email (preferred) or in person. In order for us to provide a quote, we need to consider the subject, size, placement on the body, detail, colors, etc.
You are also welcome to come to our studios and talk to one of our managers or artists, if they are available. We are always more than happy to get you the information you need.
Your artist will show you the sketch on the appointment date and will review the design with you at your appointment time before tattooing. If necessary, the artist will edit the design, until you are satisfied. We do our best to schedule sufficient time for each session, so please be clear on what you want in advance instead of changing the whole concept when you come in the studio.
Yes, if you do not have a preferred artist, you are welcome to come in for a walk-in session. Depending on availability we may schedule you for later in the day or for a following day. Note that some of our artists do not accept walk-ins and are booked a few weeks in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
It usually takes two weeks to “heal”, although it takes longer for the skin to fully regenerate. It is not advisable to do sports, sunbath or swim after tattooing. The healing process for natural tattooed skin usually takes 7-28 days. Even if the tattoo looks healed, the natural protective skin barrier recovery period continues for another three to four weeks.
You will be given care instructions note after your tattoo session. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions. One who follows tattooed skin aftercare instructions poorly, will not be happy about it sooner or later. During the healing progress, the color of the tattoo may partially fade away to the extent that some areas of the skin may even get damaged. Very subtle lines can become wider than before. For others, the entire tattoo can fade away prematurely. Good skincare really plays a vital role in the final result.
Also, you should never forget that you and your artist have invested a lot of time and effort in order to provide you the best possible result, so please follow the instructions! In addition, we do offer a one time FREE touch-up for our clients within six months if required.
We accept cash, Zelle, or credit cards with 3% additional transaction fee (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No checks.
Yes. A $60-$300 deposit is required to make an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and will be applied to the final price of your tattoo. Our artists reserve time slots just for you so please arrive on time.
Please contact us at least 5 days in advance if you wish to reschedule. Reschedules less than 5 days in advance may result in loss of deposit. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times before forfeiture of deposit and requirement of a new deposit. Touch-ups may also be rescheduled up to two times, a fee may be required for additional reschedules.
We recommend that you eat and rest well before you come in, and remember to stay hydrated! If you start to feel woozy, have something sweet. Sugar is the key in this situation. It’s best not to party the night before because alcohol can increase bleeding for up to 24 hours. Bleeding also dilutes the ink pigments, affecting the appearance of your tattoo as well as the healing process.
We place utmost importance on the safety and hygiene of our clients, and therefore, we exclusively use single-use needles for all our piercing services. This means that each client receives a brand new, never-before-used piercing needle, ensuring an absolutely hygienic environment.
To achieve the highest standards of sterilization, all our jewelry and instruments used during the piercing process, such as forceps, undergo high-temperature disinfection. We employ professional autoclave sterilization equipment, a widely recognized and effective method, which thoroughly eliminates all pathogens and bacteria under high temperature and pressure. This guarantees that every piece of jewelry and instrument is thoroughly sterilized before use, ensuring the safety and hygiene throughout the piercing process.
Our team members undergo specialized training and strictly adhere to stringent hygiene protocols. We are committed to providing a premium piercing experience while ensuring that each client is served in a safe and clean environment. Rest assured, we will offer you the highest level of piercing service while prioritizing your health and safety at all times.
Jewelry should be left in for the duration of the healing period, but you can change your jewelry as soon as it is healed. For earlobes, this means six to eight weeks; for cartilage, six to twelve months, minimum.
Having a full meal and staying hydrated before getting pierced is a good idea because it will help keep your blood sugar levels steady. Low blood sugar can lead you to feel dizzy or even faint during a piercing.
We insist on using the method of manual piercing over the use of piercing guns, as it offers higher safety standards and advantages. The reasons for this approach are as follows:
Sanitization Procedures: During the manual piercing process, we strictly adhere to sanitization procedures, ensuring that all tools and earrings used are thoroughly sterilized through high-temperature steam or other effective sanitization methods. This significantly reduces the risk of infection and ensures that clients' ears do not come into contact with harmful bacteria during the piercing process.
Personalized Selection: By using the manual piercing technique, we can tailor the choice of earring size and style to suit each individual client's ear shape and preferences. This helps to minimize damage to the ear tissue and ensures a more comfortable and safe piercing experience.
Avoiding Cartilage Damage: Piercing guns can cause severe damage when passing through cartilage, leading to potential permanent issues. Manual piercing, on the other hand, avoids such risks as we can precisely control the piercing location and angle.
Professional Expertise: Our piercing artists undergo specialized training and possess extensive experience and skills. They can provide professional advice to help clients choose the most suitable piercing location and earring style, ensuring the entire process is safe and secure.
In summary, we choose to utilize the manual piercing technique to prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients. This method effectively mitigates the risk of infection, offers a more personalized piercing experience, prevents cartilage damage, and relies on professional expertise to deliver the best service to our clients.

A birth certificate, court issued guardianship documents or legal school accounts must be provided to verify the relationship to the minor.
Valid parent/guardian state or federal ID with matching name is required. Military ID cannot be accepted due to photocopying restrictions.
The minor must have an ID. A school ID may be used as verification as long as the name matches the parent/guardian documents.
We don't allow self-brought jewelry for initial piercings and changes due to uncertainties regarding material, finish, quality, and sizing. To prevent healing complications and potential sensitivity issues, we exclusively use jewelry purchased from our studio to ensure safety. Healing piercings are particularly sensitive, making proper jewelry quality and fit crucial.
